AUSTIN TOWN HISTORICAL REENACTMENT...

35th ANNUAL OMA'S CHRISTMAS FAIR...

  December 1–2 - McAllen
HOLIDAY PARADE & CHRISTMAS IN THE PARK...
Friday: Largest illuminated holiday/helium balloon parade in TX, featuring more than 50 lighted floats, 30 larger-than-life inflatable character balloons, bands & international celebrities. CHRISTMAS IN GOD'S COUNTRY...

  February 16 - Edinburg
PIONEER AND RANCHING CRAFTS DAY (10am-4pm)...
Featuring South Texas & Northeastern Mexican arts/crafts. Artisans demonstrate crafts used by early settlers of the area. Highlights include woodworking, horse-hair braiding, weaving, chuck wagon cooking & activities for children throughout the day.
